Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Linksaff is operated as a personal project by Pedro Teixeira, an individual operator based in the European Union ("we", "us", "the service"). You can reach us at pedro.miguelst (@) gmail.com.

2. What Linksaff does

Linksaff lets you create short links on domains you control, point them at any destination URL (typically affiliate offers) — including routing by country — track clicks, and monitor whether destinations remain reachable. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at the email above if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Linksaff to redirect users to, or otherwise facilitate:

• Malware, phishing, or credential-harvesting pages.
• Content that is illegal where you operate or where the end user clicks (including but not limited to CSAM, incitement to violence, or sanctioned-party promotion).
• Deceptive cloaking that hides materially different content from ad networks or other reviewers.
• Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or any activity that abuses third-party platforms' terms.
• Automated traffic generation, click fraud, or any attempt to inflate metrics on the service or downstream offers.

You also agree not to attack, probe, or attempt to disrupt Linksaff's infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules without prior notice.

5. Free service, no warranty

Linksaff is currently provided free of charge. The service is offered "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, redirect latency, click-tracking accuracy, or that the service will remain free or available in the future.

You are responsible for your own affiliate compliance, disclosures, and the legality of your campaigns.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the links, destinations, and any content you bring into Linksaff. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve that content as required to operate the redirects and analytics you configure.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk. When we terminate an account, redirects served by that account will stop working.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linksaff and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost commissions, missed clicks, broken redirects, or any business decision made based on the data the service reports. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months, which on the free plan is zero.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which the operator resides. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
