Getting started

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email and a password. Adding your full name is optional but recommended — it shows up in your account menu.

2. Pick a hostname

Every short link lives on a hostname — the domain part of the URL your visitors see. You have two options:

• Shared hostname — lnk.linksaff.app. Free and ready to use immediately. Good for testing or low-volume campaigns.
• Your own domain — bring a domain you already own (BYOD). Better for email deliverability and ad approval. See the Domains page to set it up.

3. Create your first link

Hit Create link on the Links page. Paste the destination URL — the affiliate or offer link you want people to land on. Pick a slug (the short word after the slash) and choose the hostname. That's your short link.

4. Test it

Open the short link in an incognito tab. You should land on the destination in under a second. The click counter in your dashboard updates within about 30 seconds — that's normal.

5. What to do next

• Group your links into a Project so the dashboard stays organized.
• Add SubIDs to track which campaign sent each click.
• A/B test two landing pages off the same link.
• Send visitors to country-specific offers with Geo targeting.
